Event coordination
Depending on the calendar, we support approximately 5–10 events each year in Bucharest and Sibiu. These projects can involve arrivals and departures, airports, hotels, venues, intercity transfers, separate group schedules and last-minute changes.
Knowing how the client works
A long-term partnership means we do not start from zero at every event. We understand the client’s standards and coordinate vehicles, chauffeurs and communication as part of the event programme.
Continuity is the result
Thousands of transfers are only part of the story. The value is in how the partnership has developed: transfers, executive travel and complex operations delivered consistently, project after project.
