Retention
We keep submitted data only as long as needed to handle the request, keep operational records, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Storage
We do not create user accounts and we do not store card data. The data submitted through the form is processed only to handle the request, confirm the booking, and communicate with the client.
Recipients
Data may be sent to the email provider, hosting provider, and EuPlătesc for online payment. Card details are handled by EuPlătesc, not stored by the site.
Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction using the contact details above.
